Program

This year, the Summit will run for one day (April 18) beginning with registration and breakfast from 7:30 until 8:00 a.m. Exhibitors will be able to set up between 6:00 and 7:30 a.m.

Featured Lunch Keynote Speaker:

Denise Hickey, Public Relations Coordinator
North Texas Municipal Water District
Topic: Impact of the drought and water supply issues on the residential construction industry
Overview: Thanks to several years of below average rainfall and lack of access to secondary supplies of water, many fast-growing areas in North Texs could face unprecedented water restrictions this summer. These restrictions could include suspending permitting for new landscape and swimming pools as well as more expensive water if the NTMWD is forced to turn to outside sources of supply. As such, water efficiency will soon become a paramount concern for builders and developers.
